Hit Parader Nashville is operated by Sumerian Entertainment Group, 434 Houston St, Nashville, TN 37203, USA. This policy explains what we collect when you visit hitparaderlive.com, why, and what you can do about it.
The short version
We collect your email address if you give it to us, we keep a record of enquiries you send us, and we use analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
What we collect
Information you give us. Your email address when you subscribe, and your first name if you choose to add it. When you send an event enquiry, booking request or general message, we collect what you put in that form — typically your name, email, phone number and the details of your request.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and dates and times of visits.
Where you signed up. Which page and which sign-up placement your subscription came from, so we can understand what works.

Enquiry and booking forms
When you submit an enquiry, booking request or contact form, the contents are emailed to our events team and recorded in a private Google Sheet that we use to track and respond to requests. That sheet is not public and is accessible only to staff who handle enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email address with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
HubSpot (email and contact records), Google (analytics, and the Sheet described above), Automattic / WordPress VIP (hosting). We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale.
Tickets are sold by third parties. When you follow a link to buy tickets, you leave this site and the ticketing company’s own privacy policy applies to anything you give them. We don’t receive your payment details.
Email, and how to stop it
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and a link to manage your preferences. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately. If you subscribe to more than one Sumerian Entertainment Group publication, each has its own subscription — leaving one does not remove you from the others.
How long we keep it
Subscriber records for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour your unsubscribe. Enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the request and for our own business records. Analytics in line with our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your rights
All visitors: to access what we hold about you, correct it, request deletion, and opt out of marketing.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): to know what is collected, used or shared; to delete it; to opt out of sale or sharing; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
EU, EEA and UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): all of the above, plus data portability, the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
Our legal bases: consent for marketing email, legitimate interests for analytics and security, and contract or legitimate interests for handling enquiries.

International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers are primarily US-based. Where information is transferred out of the EU, EEA or UK, we rely on the safeguards our providers maintain — including the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where held, certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Children
Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and reputable processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when. Material changes will be announced on the site and, where appropriate, by email.
